International Post Secondary Programs
At our campuses in Peterborough, Lindsay, Cobourg and Haliburton, we offer over ninety post-secondary programs, many of which are available to international students. The information which follows will answer most of your questions concerning admission and costs. For additional information, please feel free to contact our office.
How Do I Apply
Please download the Application form below and send it to the International Education Office.
What happens after I apply for admission?
- The International Office will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your application package.
- If you are accepted into a program, you will receive an acceptance package within 2 weeks. Upon receiving your acceptance package, you should contact the nearest Canadian Embassy to begin the process of applying for a Student Visa and Study Permit (www.cic.gc.ca).
- You will need to confirm your offer of acceptance and make tuition payment by the dates indicated in your acceptance package.
- You will need to consider your housing options.
- Please contact our office if you would like us to arrange airport pick up service.
What is the deadline date to apply for admission?
- All applications received before February 1st. will be considered equally for the September intake. International students may be eligible to receive early acceptance in selected programs
- All applications received after February 1st. will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- International students should apply as early as possible in order to allow enough time to obtain temporary resident visas, if necessary, and study permits, both of which can take several months.
Important information regarding international tuition fees
Tuition refund policy: In the event of withdrawal from the program prior to or on the tenth day of classes, a refund of tuition fees minus $416.00 will be made. Tuition fees are non-refundable after the tenth day of classes.
Tuitions will be refunded directly to the student. Refunds will not be issued to third parties.
